My EGMS Request Information Tracker (MERIT)
MERIT is a system to enter and track Enterprise Grant Management System (EGMS) requests including new grant requests, updates to Central Data, submission of IDEA or ESEA Phase I Assurances, and EGMS announcements.
For trouble tickets related to errors or problems with EGMS use, please contact the OSSE Call Center at (202)719-6500 or you may enter tickets directly using ossehelp.com.

When entering a new customer, the system will check the entered address against the city-wide Master Address Repository (MAR).
The start date on the customer page will populate when the first dependent is assigned a service.
The list of dependents will now include an Assigned Services column which will show a check mark when services are assigned.
The Foster Care page is now accessible from the dependent information screen.
The services history now includes the date of update and who updated the record.
The child's age has been added to the assignment screen.
The most current caseworker assigned will now be highlighted.
